Refund policy

Returns In Store:

We offer a 30-day return /exchange policy. You may choose a store credit. 

Purchased sale items are deemed final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in new condition with its original tag. You’ll also need the receipt of proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, worn or have been laundered will not be accepted. 

Items that are not eligible for return/refund/store credit.:

  • Supplements/Treats
  • Helmets
  • Bits
  • Equine liquid products etc.. Shampoo, Conditioner's, Sprays
  • Consignment items
  • Sale items/Gift cards
  • Item(s) that are dropped shipped 

We will accept returns on blankets, they must be returned in the same new condition it left the store, blankets clean, unused and undamaged. 

 

Returns by Mail:

We accept returns by mail, within 30 days of receipt.

To start a return, please contact us by email at tophorseequestrian@hotmail.com Please note returns will need to be sent to the following address: #100, 5013-48 Street Stony Plain, Alberta T7Z 1L8

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

It is recommended you insure your return shipment as we cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged items/shipments. we recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item(s) is deemed ineligible for a return or exchange upon inspection after arriving to us, you will have to pay shipping to have the item returned to you. Please include a copy of the original mail order to help us expedite your refund. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receipt - returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. We are unable to put returns onto store gift cards - if you choose return item(s) can be used as a store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Helmets, feed and supplements (this includes treats), Bits, Shampoos, conditioners, danglers, fly sprays and other equine care liquid products, damaged and/or uncleaned products. Please make sure any horse blankets are returned clean, unused and undamaged.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.
