Shipping policy
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
We offer Free Domestic shipping on an order of $100 before tax. *Some restrictions apply*
Free local curbside/in-store pick up is available during business hours at our retail location in Stony Plain, Alberta at 100, 5013 - 48 Street T7Z 1L8 Please allow at least 1 business day for pick up to avoid delays when you arrive.
All packages are mailed through Canada Post. Please contact us if you require international shipping.
Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and picked up by the courier.
You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation once it is completed. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to show in the carriers system.
Once the parcel is with the carrier, it is the customers responsibility to track the shipment and ensure proper delivery. It may take longer than normal to be delivered due to on where you live and/or increase in shipment volumes, partially during the holiday season. We will not be responsible for lost/damaged shipments.
Please be aware that carrier delivery times can vary and we do not guarantee specific delivery times.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Heavy and or bulky items are not included in our shipping rates and do not qualify for free shipping promotions- due to higher shipping costs, additional shipping charges will apply regardless of your order value.
